HDPE flanged pipes, are compososed by HDPE pipes, HDPE stub end welded at both two ends, with galvanized steel flanges. The galvanized bolts and nuts are also available for the pipelines, so the workers can connect the pipelines at the job site easily.
The floaters will be equipped for the HDPE pipes on waters.The floaters are made by PE hull, and filled with high density polyurethane foam, there is UV-stabliased additives for the pipes and floaters for anti-aging. The floaters will provide sufficient buoyancy for the pipelines to float on the water. Usually, there will be 4 pairs of floaters for each 12-meter-long HDPE pipes and rubber hoses. The buoyancy enables the pipeline to float on the water, for dredging and mining projects.
The HDPE pipes, equipped with floaters, composed the flaoting pipeline on the sea. It has same function as self floating rubber hoses, but with much lower costs, more economic for the dredging and mining projects.

The floating pipeline have some outstanding advantages
1. The floats have lower pressure, with reasonable energy absorption;
2. When the ship berthing alongside, the float has extensive adaptability to the ships rolling and pitching;
3. With lower density, it is convenient to install and maintain;
4. It has widely application, and does not being affected by the small or big ship;
5. With highly impact resistance, anti-abrasion, it wont aging in natural conditions, rather economic and durable.
Note: two pairs of floats form one group, and two pieces form one pair. One group float can float 6 meters long dredging hose. If there are special specifications, we can follow users requirements.
