HDPE Silicon Pipe

HDPE silicon core pipe is a new type of composite pipe with silicone solid lubricant on the inner wall, referred to as silicon pipe. Three plastic extruders are used for simultaneous extrusion and compounding. The main raw material is high-density polyethylene, and the core layer is made of solid lubricant silica gel with the lowest friction coefficient. Widely used in optical cable communication network systems.

● The silicon core layer on the inner wall is a solid, permanent lubricant;

● The silicon core layer on the inner wall is simultaneously squeezed into the high-density polyethylene pipe wall, and is evenly distributed across the inner wall of the pipe without peeling or detaching, and has the same life span as the silicon pipe;

● The silicon core layer on the inner wall has the same physical and mechanical properties as the high-density polyethylene;

● The friction characteristic of the inner silicon core layer remains unchanged, and the cable can be drawn repeatedly in the pipeline;

● The silicon core layer on the inner wall does not react with water, and water can be used to flush the pipeline after an accident.

Advantages:

1.The friction coefficient of the inner wall is very small. Optical cable (electric cable) can be repeatedly extracted and tensioned in the pipe. By using cable blowing machine, one time blowing length can be 1000 to 2000 meter under normal conditions.

2. Waterproof, damp-proof, can avoid the damage by rodent animals.

3. With great ring stiffness and toughness. In construction, its bending radius should not be less than 10 times of the external diameter of the pipe.

4. Aging-resistant, anticorrosion of chemicals. With long service life, and will not deteriorate within 50 years in the earth.

5. Good weather resistant ability, and its suitable temperature scope is from -40°C to 100°C.

6. Convenient in construction. This will save time and the project cost less than 70% of the PVC electronical pipe.
